Managing
Bashy
Ashley "Bashy" Thomas is one of the uk's biggest rising stars.
At the early age of 16 he was allready in one of the top grime crews (East Connection) after getting to know Major Ace (P.A.Y.G) they became friendly and major asked ashley to join the crew, creating lots of controversey as bashy was from north west london, thus creating the infamous bashy vs purple beef. He then formed the special delivery crew which at first were easily one of the biggest crews in the game (flirta dee, bashy star, redrum, sniper e, major ace, crispo)this crew was creating havoc in the freeze fm studio bringing up to 15 or 16 people at a time to there sets from differnt crews althought the freeze managment could not do anything to stop it because they were continuesly getting more and more listeners in.
Shortly after the special d saga bashy had a stint with the so low key crew (formerly slaughter kids) with numerous debate and discussion as to whether or not bashy was going to join the crew he decided the best way for him to move up the ladder of life was to do it on his own, and he was not mistaken as his carreer had taken a turn with his hardcore grafting and grinding.
From the release of his first two mixtapes ëUr Mum Volume Oneí and ëThe Chupa Chups Mixtape ñ Assorted Flavours Bashy was on the up and up and surley destined for glory.
Bashy released his first album "Catch Me If You Can" on June 1st 2009.

Desmond George Director
Desmond George is one of the most successful music managers in UK black music. He plucked one of UKís finest female artists, Miss Dynamite from obscurity, developing her from an underground club MC on the UK garage scene, to a triple platinum award winning recording artist.
After a short stint in A&R at Virgin Records Desmond set up on his own, to create an organisation which would enable him to work with talented, dynamic artists and give them the platform to be seen and heard in a way the major labels of today are unable or too afraid to do.
